Verne Wagner’s Poppy Seed Bread

3 cups flour

2 3/4 cup sugar

1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1 1/2 teaspoon salt

3 large eggs

1 1/2 cup milk

1 1/2 cup oil

6 tablespoons poppy seeds

3 tablespoons vanilla

3 tablespoons almond extract

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together.  Pour into two greased loaf pans and bake until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean, 1 hour.
